ACCOMMODATION AND FOOD

We offer two possibilities- either to camp for free or to stay in a Neckarsulm Hotel (about €25 p.p./night). We recommend camping to increase the Rugbyfeeling. Nevertheless, if you prefer to stay in a hotel, don`t hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Infrastructure
The Eberwin Sports facilities offer perfect general conditions to hold a tournament. Many changing rooms, warm showers, toilets and campsites are available right next to the pitches.

Food and beverage 
the registration fee includes breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning as well as dinner on Saturday evening, and a snack package (water, fruit and cereal bars!) for 15 players. At the tournament both, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be bought for reasonable prices.

Health Care
For the case of emergency, paramedics will be present at the whole tournament. The transport to a hospital is guaranteed. Please note, that private insurance is required and remains matter of the participants.

Liability
the attention of participating clubs, club members and players is drawn to the following condition: Any costs to individual clubs, club members and players arising out of loss, theft or injury whilst attending the International RBW Sevens must be met by the clubs. No liability in this or other respects will be accepted by the International RBW Sevens committee or the TSG Heilbronn.

Special
On all three tournament days the one and only RUGBEER will be served!

Übernachtung: Wir bieten zwei Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten an. Entweder in einem nahegelegen Hotel für ca. 25 Euro/Nacht/Person zu übernachten oder auf dem Turniergelände gratis zu campen. Wir empfehlen Camping um das Rugbyfeeling zu steigern. Sollte dennoch Interesse an einem Hotelaufenthalt bestehen, helfen wir bei der Buchung gerne weiter.

Infrastruktur: Das Eberwin-Sportgelände bietet perfekte Rahmenbedingungen. Es stehen etliche Umkleideräume, warme Duschen, Toiletten und ein  Campingbereich direkt neben den Plätzen zur Verfügung.

Speisen und Getränke: Die Anmeldegebühr beinhaltet ein ausgiebiges Frühstück am Samstag- und Sonntagmorgen, ein Abendessen am Samstagabend, und ein Snack Paket für 15 Personen. Auf dem Turniergelände können Speisen und Getränke zu günstigen Preisen erworben werden.

Versicherung: Zur Behandlung von Verletzungen stehen das ganze Wochenende Sanitäter bereit. Der Transport in ein Krankenhaus , wenn dies erforderlich ist, gewährleistet. Der Veranstalter übernimmt keine Haftung für Verletzungen. Diese fallen in die Zuständigkeit der Versicherung des oder der SpielerIn.

Special: Während den Turniertagen wird das einmalige Rugbeer angeboten.
